Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you would like to purchase, select the available size, color, or quantity, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

Available payment options may vary depending on your location and device.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers, and we do not store your full credit card information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We may be able to update or cancel it before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

Order confirmation emails are normally sent shortly after checkout. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Also confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct. Contact our support team if you still cannot find the confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 11–16 business days
  • Other international destinations: 13–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, local carriers, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available when your order reaches the qualifying amount displayed on our website.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking may not update immediately while your package is moving between carrier facilities or countries. Please allow a few business days for the next scan to appear.

Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period.

My order contains several products. Will they arrive together?

Products may sometimes ship separately due to inventory location, package size, or fulfillment arrangements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple packages.

Products & Pet Safety

Are your products suitable for both dogs and cats?

Many of our products are designed for dogs and cats, but suitability varies by item. Please review each product description, size information, intended use, and safety instructions before purchasing.

How do I choose the correct product size?

Please check the size chart or measurements shown on the product page. Measure your pet carefully and compare the measurements before ordering.

When your pet is between sizes, choosing the larger option may provide a more comfortable fit unless the product page states otherwise.

Are your toys indestructible?

No pet toy is completely indestructible. Always supervise your pet during play and inspect toys regularly.

Remove and replace a product immediately if it becomes damaged, torn, or develops loose parts that could be swallowed.

How should I introduce a new product to my pet?

Allow your pet to approach and inspect the product at their own pace. Use treats, praise, or short supervised sessions to create a positive experience.

Do not force your pet to use a new bed, grooming tool, feeding accessory, stair, or toy.

How should I clean my pet products?

Cleaning instructions vary by product. Always follow the care information included on the product page or label.

In general:

  • Use mild soap and warm water when appropriate
  • Avoid harsh chemicals unless specifically approved
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Allow the product to dry completely before reuse
  • Do not machine wash unless the product is marked as machine washable

Are product colors exactly the same as shown online?

We do our best to display colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or production variations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Return eligibility, time limits, and conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Products generally need to be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or a short video
  • A photograph of the shipping label and packaging

Our support team will review the information and provide the appropriate next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund is submitted.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
